Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Free Apple iPad Sweepstake ("Sweepstakes") begins on Feb 15th, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET April 15, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons age 18 and older who are legal residents of the United States or Canada (except the province of Quebec) for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, if selected as winner, in order to claim prize. Employees, officers, and directors of Social Crowd Ventures, Inc. its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET April 15, 2010. Only one drawing for one iPad will be done after the April 15, 2010 deadline.

Prize: 1 selected winner will receive one (1) Apple iPad. Approximate retail value of iPad range from $499 to $599. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by Social Crowd Ventures, Inc. in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is not transferable or assignable. Prize will be shipped to winners within four to six weeks of selection. Social Crowd Ventures, Inc. is not responsible for iPad installation. Any additional expenses including any customs and taxes associated with this prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Selection of Winner: Winners will be determined by random drawing. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail, phone, postal mail and/or express mail at Social Crowd Ventures, Inc.'s sole discretion.
